Who I Serve & My Non-Negotiable Boundaries in Life & Business

It’s the Virgo New Moon [End of August 2025 for those of you that find this in the future] – Virgo for me falls in my 10th house. It’s where my natal Mars lives [my most challenging planet but also my biggest activator]. And if there is one thing that has become crystal clear to me over the last few weeks it’s that I no longer have the time or space to be anyone but my most soul aligned version of self and with that I’m ready to lovingly release any person, place or thing that is no longer a vibrational match for this current version of myself and my reality.

Though this period of time I intend to crystalize – to fully lock in – who exactly I serve and to share the non-negotiable boundaries I hold in life & business. But first I want to reflect on a lesson I was recently able to internalize around knowing when it was time to release an energetic tie that was no longer serving me in order to create space for clarity and new beginnings.

The Tighter the Grip – The More Likely The Need to Release

In my experience, most group programs will include some type of community support element as part of the program. I participated in two group programs within the last year that included group chats as part of the experience and even after those programs ended the group chats remained pretty active with community support type vibes. [You know – check in’s, what’s new, what’s everyone navigating, offering support – that type of thing.]

So I stayed (even though I really dislike group chats).

I find that I feel called to offer a lot support in groups but don’t often receive reciprocal support and it’s just one of those spaces that I find I have to really force myself to show up in (all for the sake of building relationships!). Reading that back to myself now – I realize how completely silly that sounds. If group chats aren’t serving me – then forcing myself to show up in them anyways is literally just pulling myself out of alignment. I’m the one who suffers here.

Yet leaving the groups still felt hard. I, for one, dislike that people are notified when you leave the group. Again, I’m not sure why this really matters but on the surface it bothers me. And cutting ties with the group seemed to signify more than just releasing the groups energy – to me – it was also representative of releasing a past version of myself that I had out grown. That version of self felt safe and this new version of self still feels sticky & largely unknown. But I’ve realized that often when I’m clinging to something – like the group message threads – it’s for sure a sign that it’s time to release whatever it is. The tighter the grip – the more likely I’m hanging tight to perceived safety and in the process limiting my own growth potential.

And so after some encouragement from a friend, I removed myself from the groups. No explanation needed – just cut the energetic tie. And it was like an energetic weight was lifted instantly. Everything holds energy. Even the group chat you’re not participating in. If it’s still there – it’s still sharing your energy.

But this is exactly what this New Moon in Virgo is shedding light on. The energetic clutter that is ready to be released. For me – it’s what needs to be released in order to BE & feel seen as my most embodied version of self. The group chats were keeping me tied to a past version of self – one who had blurry boundaries and wasn’t sure who she was serving and now that I’ve opened up that energetic space – It’s so clear who I serve and where my boundaries exist and with that I’m ready to peel back the curtains to share with you.

Who I Serve

I serve the healers, the mystics, the visionaries & the spiritually connected entrepreneurs who’s soul aligned missions support the collective in vibrationally aligning with the new energetic paradigm.

I believe that if fate has connected you into my space, that you are here for a reason.

I support other kindred spirits who are already energetically open, deeply self-aware, hold belief in cultivating a personal connection to higher consciousness and are true students of the world. I work with the disruptors – the activators – the souls who are here to initiate change.

It doesn’t matter to me if you have been working in the spiritual or wellness space for years or if you are at the start of a spiritual awakening – if you feel called to this work, I’m certain your soul has done this work in past lifetimes. It’s not about taking another course, completing another certification program – it’s about remembrance and activating soul codes – to bring your soul gifts back online to their fully energetic capacity – so that you too can step fully into your power as a soul aligned guide for others.

If you’ve always had this like deep inner knowing that your soul has come here during this time for a reason – then it’s time to awaken – it’s time to remember what you came here to do.

The Non-Negotiable Boundaries

Life Boundaries –

• I don’t share about my marriage or my family online.
• I don’t share about my home.
• I don’t take client calls past 5:30 EST.
• Reciprocal relationships are my priority over one sided relationships.
• Quality time with my husband & family take precedent over client calls on weekends – If I have weekend availability open it is limited for a reason and I won’t be adding more.

Business Boundaries –

• I don’t put out any content on a schedule, I fully honor my sacral response.
• I hold myself to the same standards I would hold a coach I was hiring to.
• I show up fully present during our time together and I expect you to do the same.
• I will respond to all messages within my normal business hours as agreed to in our contract.
• I don’t blur coach vs friend relationship boundaries during an active container.
• Once our container together ends so does the support.

If you read those statements at face value some of those may seem pretty rigid so let me explain.

As for the life boundaries – I don’t share about my marriage or family online. That is a part of my life that is simply private. I love sharing my life with all of you but the decision to share it online is a decision I made for myself when I decided to walk this path. I honor the fact that my husband and family did not make that same choice for themselves. I don’t take calls past 5:30 EST because I honor my own energetic patterns. I am the most energetically active in the earlier hours of the day. I do not have the energetic capacity to do the type of work that I do later in the day. I also really value having dinner with my husband and try to always hold space for that.

The further down this path I go, the more I’ve realized relationships in life are constantly shifting and evolving. When relationships start to feel one sided, they don’t remain a priority for me – but if the relationship goes both ways you better believe I’ve got your back always! And finally, I don’t mind opening some availability on weekends but my availability is always limited because quality time with my husband and family will always come first on those days.

As for the business boundaries – I will never understand why a stranger on the internet believes they have a right to complain about an entrepreneurs content schedule but people do send messages on this so I want to be clear up front – I don’t force content. I release content when I have something of value to say, share, or teach. Sometimes I’ll go weeks without releasing a podcast episode. Sometimes I don’t touch my social media for months. It doesn’t mean I’ve disappeared, I’m simply honoring my own energy and putting my energy into spaces that feel the most aligned in the moment.

I hold myself to the same standards I would hold another coach to. I feel like that one is pretty self explanatory but for me this is about like being prompt, prepared, thorough on my follow-up etc. I show up fully present and I expect you to do the same. I’m all for the quick interruption from a furry friend but if you’re consistently having to leave every session multiple times to go check on *fill in the blank* then it starts to feel like our time together isn’t a priority.

I will respond to messages during business hours. My business hours are listed in our coach/client agreement. Of course there will be an occasional response outside of those hours but for entrepreneurs it can be really easy to blur the boundaries between working and not working and to protect my own mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health I think coach/client boundaries are important. This leads me to my next boundary – we are not fiends when we are working together. We are in a business relationship. Soul aligned clients are often true kindred spirits and kindred spirits are truly the best kind of friends so it’s natural for relationships to evolve over time but I also believe it’s important to know there is a boundary between client and friend when we are working together.

And last but not least, when our container ends – so does the support. This is just as much about me honoring my worth and being paid for my time as it is you – the client – learning to spread your wings on your own. But don’t worry – if you truly aren’t ready to jump from the nest, I will provide options for ongoing support.

Final Thoughts

If we have been connected through fate – I believe what I have shared will resonate with you and help you to feel satisfied, at peace, or maybe even a bit surprised that you have found someone who aligns with your values. The New Moon in Virgo has showed me exactly where I need to seed new intention into my life and I hope it has given you some clarity on whether I am an aligned healer, coach, soul mentor to support you in this next chapter of your journey.
